The Swiss-owned, so-called 'English' Cemetery in Florence, Italy, is in great need of restoration. Famous poets, like Elizabeth Barrett Browning, Walter Savage Landor and Arthur Hugh Clough, and sculptors, like Hiram Powers and Joel T. Hart, are buried here. Also many who were against slavery. This weblog seeks to raise interest, participation, funds.
